SHOCKING SERVICE - THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I ordered something last September (2023) and although have sent many, many emails - I still have no product, nor a refund. I tried to call today. After 35 minutes I was still number 3 in the queue and the expected time was rising each time the recording came back.
