Shocking service from The Reliable (sic) Store

Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH RELIABLE STORE. The are exactly not what their name says. I ordered an item on the 23rd of December 2023. To get a delivery date and tracking number out of them was impossible. It eventually arrived on 14 February - BROKEN. A component was not *****ed on properly, got loose and broke two electrical wires off. A spare glass vial was also in pieces. Since then, repeated weekly follow-up has led to nothing. It is now four months later and I still sit with the broken unit. They promise replacement, but did not send a tracking number as yet. They have stopped replying to my repeated e-mails and when calling the number you wait for "hours" with no response. To write this review, I HAD TO click on a rating star, BUT THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A QUARTER OF A STAR. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I LEARNED MY LESSON.
