Shocking Service!

My order was confirmed on the 15 June 2022 for 2x Photo Albums (Specified) after numerous emails and phone calls I eventually received a parcel on the 8th September with 2 completely different albums that were cheap and totally inferior that I could have picked up for a quarter of the price from Crazy Stores etc. Trying to get hold of anyone there is extremely difficult....they hardly ever answer their phone and IF they answer your emails it is usually 2/3 days later. I have now dealt with 5 different agents...all promising to fix the problem and then I never hear from them again. I spent R1,036.79 for 2 quality specialized albums, dozens of emails, and numerous phone calls from Cape Town to Gauteng....it is now the 20th October...and I still have not received my order. I have asked every agent I spoke to, to please ask their manager to call me (as they would not put me through to her) and they all promise to get her to call. Her name is Catherine Magashule. I doubt if this review will get a response from them as I noticed they only seem to respond to positive reviews! They really are a useless bunch of uncaring, unsympathetic and unhelpful characters. I will also be reporting them to the National Consumer Commission.
