Shocking service and *********

I ordered an expensive Zeroll Ice cream scoop, which is a well known brand within the Ice cream industry and I ordered it for a reason. After 3 months I received a brand less made in China scoop that was wrapped in plastic.... I phoned and mailed reliable store with pictures of the product I received and the product on their website... after months I have received no reply.. This is just shocking to say the least... I wonder how many other people have been ****med in such a way
