SHOCKING RELIABLE STORE!

This company advertise fast delivery and easy returns. please be advised that it is utter nonsense! I ordered a Insta 360 X3 camera mounting kit from them on 5th November 2022. In January 2023 I received a bullit time kit (selfie stick and handle), no sign of any mounting bits for a motorcycle! I sent an email to clarify and received a call that it will be rectified immediately. Three weeks later some stuff arrived but still nothing enabling me to mount the camera or even to mount to the camera. I sent them an email and requested a refund and to send their courier to collect what they sent me. Today, 15 March 2023, I received an email requesting me to inform me of what is still short! I have previously sent them (reliable store) a picture of their adverti*****t and a picture of what I received, still the response, tell us what is short! Firstly, their adverti*****t stating fast delivery is false, and secondly easy returns does not exist at all! Thirdly, I am de*****ed out of R1380.00

Please revert from ordering from this company and its mother company. do your homework before ordering from them, SHOCKING. IF I COULD AWARD A "0" I WOULD!!!!
