Shocking Experience - Never Again!

If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered lights for a client in October and was told a two week turn around. After constant phone calls and spending a fortune on telephone calls and with it now being mid December I cancelled the order. I was then called and told that they were arriving next week (this was said time after time) and again enforced my decision that I cancelled the order and put it in writing. However, the issue did not stop there.... they did not cancel the order and still delivered the goods. They advised that if I did not taken them they would charge me 10% admin fee (which I was aware of) and a further 35% to return the items back to the supplier. They also told me that I would only get my money after they had been returned to China and it had been processed and they had received their money, which could take up to two months. They are really helpful when you want to order, but the lack of communication and not being able to get hold them afterwards is terrible. I will not and advise anyone also not to place any orders with them. They are not truthful and their policies are shocking. I will never order from them again and as a business owner this is the worst experience I have ever had and I order and use many suppliers within SA.
