Shocking, do not ever purchase from them! Over 4 months since I placed my order51007 When I query they send me a link to Buffalo transport, which tells me my item is coming from Japan. I received my item in November. The item was not working. I made a video and emailed it 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for feedback. I called them, we will come and collect the item within 10 days. I have asked for a refund I'm still waiting. I have asked to speak to a manager I'm still waiting. When I followed up with the salesperson, I was promised to be refunded.. I have been following up with no luck.. Emails will go unresponded. So much for a "reliable store". I want my refund, when is it gonna be paid Do not do business with this company...
