Shocking bad service

Firstly their correspondence is pitiful I've had to chase after updates on my order that was late and only to learn they got the wrong product and now I'm still waiting for the correct order which they went ahead and reordered without informing me of the mixup. On top of that now im being given the runaround for my refund. I highly recommend not using them and won't be using their services again in future.
