Shabby customer service standards at Reliable Store

I have ordered two stainless steel kitchen sink mixers in November 2020 and paid them online. The store delivered only one item, which was incorrect and not even a stainless steel for that matter. In addition, to my frustrations the item was even damaged.

I have sent multiple emails to the store with no response.

It was only yesterday (06 Jan 2021), when I received one sink mixer.

I have once again written an email to the store complaining about the incorrect and damaged product that they have delivered and their non-response to my previous emails.

This is too exasperating as my kitchen renovation has been standing still since last year.

Customer service is a challenge here!!!!
