Services non existing and pathetic

Don't ever do business with this company - they take ages to answer your e-mail; you can't get any manager or owner on the phone to talk to. I bought some items from them they decide to send the wrong item after 6 weeks I returned it after several emails going forward and backward requesting them to come and collect the item. Their refund policy is 10 working days. The item was returned end of Feb 2023 and we are still waiting for our refund. Their services are so bad that even a 1-star will to good for them.
