I am very upset with the service I have received from reliable stores, if I had it my way I would give them zero has a rating. I placed an order with them on the 23rd March 2022 with them all paid for and was told order would take 2 weeks, 2 months later no delivery and all I received was inconvenience and waste of my time. I had to call them 1st to make contact to find out why my order was late, I sent email also and then I get an email to say there was a delay at customs and order is estimated to be delivered between the 17th and 20th May 2022. I gave them a chance and then came the 20th May no calls no emails and no delivery, that is when I called them. I tried calling from the morning of the 20th and their lines just said number not available, I then managed to get through to the same person that emailed me via a telephone call Friday afternoon the 20th May, and she was rude and had an attitude, asked for a manager and was told they all miraculously left early that day and there was no one in charge. Wanted to lay a complaint and was not allowed to. Was told that delivery is still delayed and should receive it by the 21st may which was the next day, once again I was **** to. Really ****ed off at this point. I got an email there after the conversation telling me that delivery once again is estimated by the 25th May 2022. I asked for a manager to call me on Monday the 23rd May 2022 and no o e has contacted me yet. Reliable stores are the worse company to ever deal with from there customer service to their delivery service. Would never recommend them to anyone, they are a bunch of ***** bad cheats. Uptil now no delivery and no communication.
