Send your customers a small version when they order a medium.
I ordered an XP-PEN Deco Pro Medium. After waiting for a month for it to arrived, It was not a medium but the small size. I'm very, very disappointed with the delivery time and being supp**** with a small tablet when I clearly ordered a medium one?!

I have tried to phone your *** number several times and get " Due to high call volumes please hold, while we direct you the next available consultant"
After holding for more than 3.5min the call is terminated.
