Seems as though I've been conned

Unbelievable that this outfit claims to be the place for "Safe and Reliable online shopping". My experience with them proved to be anything but that. All the trade marks of a **** are there, after taking your money nothing is heard from them again, they do not take phone calls and emails are bounced with the message 'undelivered return to sender'. I actually need the equipment that I ordered from Reliable on 14 May for an upcoming trip and by last Monday it was very evident that Reliable is actually very unreliable. I then ordered the same equipment direct from B&H Photo in New York and the package from them was delivered to my door at 10:00 this morning. Furthermore after paying the delivery charges and import duty I ended up paying 29% less compared to Reliable's prices.
