**** - FAULTY PRODUCTS AND NO RETURN OR CUSTOMER SERVICE

DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A TOTAL ****!!! Very quick to deduct your money, very slack with delivery and then when the product is faulty they just take weeks to reply and always have any excuse, you don't ever see your refund or any type of customer service. I bought a Thermal Label Printer in hopes to print labels for an extra income, guess what...the printer prints but the thermal plate never heats up which means it DOESN'T PRINT. The printer just feeds the labels through, that's it. They have no interest in solving the matter at all. I've been trying to solve this since September 2022, but nothing to date.
