******* reliable store

I purchased 2 items from reliable store in February 2021. I received the items only to find that it was not the same as advertised. I requested that the items be returned and have a refund. Up until now the end of july i still have not received my refund. Everytime i call them they keep asking for my bank details and will refund me via payfast which takes 10 days to reflect. Months went by and i haven’t received anything from them. Dont ever buy from these ******* ever. Rather spend extra money and buy from a proper reputable online store
