ReliableStore sucks

I placed an order on October 18, 2021. It is now 15 December 2021 and still nothing. When I queries the situation, beginning of November, promptly a tracking number from the Logistics company was linked to my order. When the Logistics company sent the Tax Notice, then the inventory of the order got exposed. It is not my order. I notified Reliablestore.co.za of the mess up. I eventually got a phone call apologizing for the mess up and a follow up email. According to Reliablestore, the order was partly at their warehouse and partly at customs. Reliablestore promised the goods would be shipped to me in a week, after that conversation. It is now the 14th of December. Numerous e-mails since the promised week of delivery, has been ignored. Phoning the *** support number is useless. One call, I held for an hour and no human answered. Just the irritating repeating automated voice. After that, I tried phoning about 8 times after that, but after 20 minutes each time, I gave up. Reliablestore did not hesitate to take my money. Reliablestore gave false tracking information. Reliablestore made commitments to resolve the problems. Reliablestore ignores e-mails. Reliablestore is the worst. Reliablestore should get negative 100 stars.
