Reliable Store's thieving methods
Reliable Store is a complete j o k e and has no bearing on a proper business at all!! On 11th Feb 2024, I cancelled an online order the same day I placed the order, received a confirmation of cancellation from Sello Ranthako with a promise to arrange a refund. Looong story short, I am still waiting for my refund and ALL COMMUNICATION with Reliable Store has now ceased! This so called company is nothing but a bunch of ********s masquerading as a shop and are operating a huge S C A M to d e f r a u d us honest SA citizens of our hard earned money. Payfast are just as bad because they're aiding and abetting these c r o o k s. Payfast responded to my query but it is virtually impossible to reply to them or to contact them. I can't get their contact details at all. Can anyone help with this situation?

I ordered (and cancelled the same day) an item (16TB flashdrive??????) that has been proven to be a ****. Despite MANY attempts to contact your *****ulent company, I have had NO RESPONSE!!
This is unacceptable and ******* so please expedite my approximately R1400.00 credit without delay.
