reliable stores pathetic
I order a helicopter for my son's birthday on the 10th of June and they said it would arrive by the 22nd. I thought perfect. A day before his birthday. What a ****** joke. No response from them, no communication no response. Absolutely nothing. How do I tell a 5 year old his present didn't come. Absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I'm am so disappointed and dissatisfied. I can understand there might be delays due to this pathetic lockdown. But no communication.

It still says unfilled and the tracking number is invaled on the courier chosen. I would still like to receive it please as it was for my son's birthday and he was looking forward to it.
