RELIABLE STORES ONLINE ARE THE WORST

Very bad service, no support whatsoever. I purchased a locking system over a month ago, I was sent a tracking number that directed me to an item that was delivered last year in November (False number) I have tried calling Reliable Store 18 times, keep getting a voice telling me I am caller 23in the queue and when you get to number 3 or 4 after 50min the call drops. I have sent 15 emails, no reply. This has to be the worst online company ever. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM.
