Reliable stores dismal unreliable service

Worse than terrible!! We bought an appliance from them and it took 3 months for it to be delivered to us instead of the said 10 days online, not only that, it was a wrong product when it was finally delivered, there was no communication whatsoever about the wherabouts and tracking information of the appliance. We had to drive to their offices to get a response, we processed for a refund and were told it would reflect in our account within 2-10 working days, its a month later and nothing has happened and noone gives us any feedback and they do not respond to our emails which we send them every now and again. We are extremely appalled by this service and would not recommend anyone to go through this hellish experience.
