RELIABLE STORES ARE UNRELIABLE

I bought 4 electrical lights from them on the 15th of December 2023 for an amount of R 3469.98. In their advert they state that you will receive your product within 5 days. I did not receive mine accordingly and started querying it and then discovered that they had to order it from China for they do not have stock. I ever since contacted them an complaining. Then about a month ago I only received 2 of the 4 lights. They ever since promised to refund me but without any success
