Reliable Stores

I bought an Ozone Generator from Reliable on the 28th September 2021. It is now more than a month ago and I haven't receive it yet. Their response on my emails is only an automated answer everytime stating their delivery times. Nothing else. Their delivery logistic company, Buffalo, sent me an SMS that the goods would have been delivered on the 6th September which did not happen. Buffalo doesn't respond to any of my emails and messages.
