Reliable store worst online shopping

I placed a order on 3 August with promising delivery date within 2 weeks. Almost two months later no delivery took place. After more than a month I received a tracking number after a lame excuse that they had difficulties with the third party shipping. The tracking showed that my parcel was delivered to their store and after another month still not delivered. The worst and most unreliable online shopping experience I had. Don't trust them and rather stay away to avoid disappointment.
