Reliable store- worst online shop in South Africa

This is the most ********** online shop ever. They sell cheap Chinese junk, and when you want to return the item you have to jump through hoops to get your money back. We even had to send them a video to proof that the item is not working. Their customer service is non-existent and they do not abide by the Consumer Protection Laws of South Africa at all. We reported them to the Consumer Affairs department to have them closed as a company.
