Reliable Store - Worst Customer Service ever experienced!!!!!

Pls. do yourself a favour and never ever buy from these guys. They are totally *********** and their customer service is completely no-existent. The have not in three weeks updated me once on my order, they do not in general respond to e-mails and everytime you phone the system says you are number four in the queue and it will take 30min to answer, which eventually turns out to more than 70min. I just have no words to describe their absolute pathetic sevice!!! No reason why it is taking so long and no explanation. Extremely bad service!!
