Reliable Store - what a joke!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! Struggling for more than one year to get the valve we ordered. Received the wrong valve (their fault for sending the wrong item)!!! We had to pay courier or get it dropped of at their office! So we had to pay for their *****up!! Now we are waiting almost a month for a refund! The freaken phone line is a mess! You hold for nothing less than 20 minutes at a time! Once you are second in line the line cuts off. Phone again and wait another 20 to 25 minutes! Just to get someone on the other end of the line that is completely incapable of assisting in any way! Terrible terrible terrible!
