Reliable store very unreliable

Reliable store has still not delivered my unit i ordered the same unit myself from china and has arrived faster than what reliable store has promised they also promise to update the deliver on the website this has also not happened when i requested a refund they have stopped responding to my mails you also cannot get through on the land lines BTW china was half the price including shipping so i guess its now a struggle for the refund or to receive my part
