Please be aware of these hoodlums. They should rename the store Unreliable Store. Very unprofessional. I purchased an item in October 2023. It took 1 month after complaining and requested a refund then only I received a tracking number. The product arrived in the country 1 month ago, but I still have not received it. I called them they are very unhelp full. their managers do not call you back and you cannot get their contact numbers from the staff. I have now purchased the same product from Takealot and had it delivered the next day. It is 3 months now and I still not received it. Please be aware of these ****s.
