Reliable Store - Unreliable service

I ordered a water pump and they delivered the wrong item. I received the item on 4June 2020 and immediately informed them with photo proof as they request on their website, it is almost 2months and have not received any feedback on the matter. I followed up on 12June, 22June, 7July, 15 July and 27 July. Still nothing. I tried facebook, email, phone. They state that they will get back to you within 48 hours. The after sales service is non existent. The poorest online shopping experience of my life.
