I made a purchase of two key casings for my Hyundai I.20 on the 21/09/2020. My order was for R551.00 paid up front and the incorrect items were dispatched. I requested two replacements, only to receive one and yet again it was an incorrect key. I have emailed continually my complaints only to be told my enquiry was going into a loop, I do not understand this process. These are the two members of staff I have been dealing with Joshua on the 28/10/20 ***. Joshua on the 08/12/20 *** Nhlanhla on the 12/01/21 exchange to be processed order no 15157.

I was requested to return my incorrect items and refund would be deposited. I declined this offer due to the doubt I had in this on line service, more so the people representing it. The following dates are correspondence from me with a continual delay in the process and feedback to me. 18/01/21 in the loop 15/02/21 09/03/12 11/03/21 14/03/21 This is service is totally unacceptable and I would like everyone to know. I would appreciate a full refund including the interest from the last 8 months. Your help regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
