Reliable store-unreliable

As noted by the other reviewers this company is very poor in service delivery and honouring their company policy. They are unable to give tracking information and meet their delivery deadlines. I ordered a socket set on the 12/06/23. To date and after numerous emails about delivery times and requests for the tracking number, none were received. I have ordered on Banggood on the 5/7/23 and have a tracking number and delivery will be in the coming week. This Reliable store is not reliable. Try another company instead, these guys are useless
