Reliable store totally unreliable

How can a business like this still be in operation seeing all the bad reviews here and on their website. It is basically theft. And on every review here the store has not commented. They don't give a damn. They have your money. My order took over a month when it was indicated as a week. The incorrect item arrived and an extremely bad quality one at that. Not near the price I paid. I have decided to just let it go because I cannot bear the idea of dealing with this terrible company.
