Reliable store? Total opposite

Absolutely pathetic. My oder was late, which I'm happy to accept. But when tbe order arrived incomplete, I was disappointed. I immediately logged a ticket as per their policies. The person I was dealing with apparently left, so my ticket was ignored, after multiple mails, a John rep****, but its now 3 months later & nobody can tell me anything except we cannot get feedback. Money was paid for a product I did not receive. Their aftersales service is really pathetic. I have asked for people to call me or mail me, nothing. I would advise everyone to rather fly to China & buy what you want & come back. That would be less stressful than this situation.
