Reliable store, theore unreliable ******* ever.

I bought a whisky decanter as a gift in August. It was supposed to arrive on the 14th of November 2021. Never came. I called and the phone is never answered. I sent email upon email. Then got a phone call from Sello telling me it would arrive on the 22nd of November. On the 2 December I emailed and said I want a refund as the dispenser had still not arrived. Sello called and told me it's shipped and at the courier. I said I don't care I want my money back as I bought the same thing at Takealot and it was cheaper and delivered within 5 days. The John called and told me Sello had ****. I told John I want a refund. He promised it"LL take 10 working days. It's a month later still no refund. This company is an absolute ******* and has the worst customer service. Don't ever use them.
