Reliable Store (still in business)?

Have placed an order in March 2020 before lockdown. On 14 May 2020 I requested that my delivery address be changed to my home address, as we were told to work from home since lockdown. This was 'done', but received a phone call two weeks later of the security at work, for a delivery. I was at work to collect something, but the driver left without leaving the package. Since then i have tried to e-mail and phone Reliable to find out when I can receive my package, but up to now (31/07/2020) no response. Covid or no Covid, pathetic way in treating their customers.
