Reliable Store *****s your money

I've ordered I a pack of *****driver points and tools to service Electronic devices which I did not received. I've contacted them numerous times without them responding to my mail. Finally they've responded with the excuse the courier compony delivered it to the wrong address. They will get it to me within 48 ours, that was about 3 month ago and since then they did not answer my mails or facebook messenger requests for feedback. Are they a bunch of ****** or what?????
