Reliable Store should be renamed to UN-Reliable Store!! Still waiting on my paid order!

I placed my order with Reliable Store on the 19 April 2024. Reliable Store emailed me with my order number: #76346, on the same day. I have followed up with them on email 5 times with the Complaint Ticket ID: KFO5Y9. I am STILL waiting to be supp**** my tracking number for my order, this has to date not been supp**** to me. Their Shipping Policy on their website clearly states: "Average processing time: 1 to 3 Business days" (to be supp**** with the tracking number). Average transit times to: 5 - 10 Business days" (for delivery to your door). Today's date marks 22 BUSINESS days and I have not received my tracking number NOR my order that I paid for. When you phone into their contact number ***, no matter what option you select it keeps you on hold for over 20 minutes, then drops the calls. I have phoned in three times and emailed 5 times. Where is my order!??
