Reliable Store - ****?

Received ordered product after many complaints after several weeks, but product is faulty. Asking for exchange or refund for a month now, not any reply from Reliable Store. Phone number on website is routed to somebody who says he has nothing to do with Reliable Store. Email is obvious routed to a service provider who always says they will inform Reliable Store but nothing happens.
