Reliable store Roodepoort ***

If I could I would rate them minus 5 star . I bought a gas geyser online , did not receive a order number as with normal company . They phoned 21 December to say they will deliver 29 December 2021 . I phoned them repeatedly but their phone stays engaged . I e mailed them as well . How can I get someone to sort this problem out for me please .
