Reliable Store - Review

I ordered an item on their website, not knowing that most of their products are imported internationally therefor, there is a longer timeline for delivery on their items. I was pressed for time on my item, and realized my item will not be delivered on time.

I called the Reliable Store (waiting time is a bit long, but have the patience to be assisted), once through, Primrose assisted me with the process to cancel my order and insight on the refund policy.

I emailed my request to *** and received feedback before end of closing business day the same day, to inform me that my order was cancelled and that my refund was already processed from PayFast (received confirmation from my bank with regards to the reversal).

Ensure that you take into account the delivery date when you order a product or item from them.
