Reliable Store - Poor to No Service

Please do not be fooled by this company no matter how appealing their items may look. I purchased an item in April 2022. It took a month for shipping and was delivered in 06 May 2022 only to find the wrong product was delivered. I logged a return straight after witnessing this and was met with excuses of the wrong product being delivered from the warehouse with no point of resolving. I requested a refund to which they arranged for the wrong item to be collected and till this day 11 August 2022, I've still not received my money back. Through all my follow-ups there's no accountability.
