Reliable Store poor service

This is the worst customer service that I received in a long time. I placed an order online on the 27th of April 2022 and had to send multiple emails before getting any updates on my order. I only received my delivery on the 14th of June 2022 (Today). On their "Shipping & Return" information they state the below:

Average transit times to Major City: 7 - 15 Business days Average transit times to Regional Areas: 10 - 20 Business days

I understand that there are certain things that one can not control, but 35 business days for an order to be delivered is really unacceptable. that is 15 days over the estimated timelines that they provide.

This is really the worst customer service I would not recommend the Reliable Store to anyone.
