Reliable store pathetic!

I bought a biometric door lock system - it took for ever to be delivered - and to a Pep stores!! The system is not compatible and i need to send it back with a refund - been struggling 2 months to get an answer. Their call centre is useless - ive sent emails too. I have spoken to Imaan, Beauty, Thabo, Primrose and Johan with no luck. The team leader Kathryn is now supposed to call me back today - lets see!!!!
