Reliable store - orders take too long to be processed and delivered

I am very disappointed with this online store. I placed and paid for my order on 28 Dec 2022 and still have not received my order. I finally received a tracilking number but all it says is that my order is on its way. When I ordered, it didn't indicate that delivery would take this long. It's almost a month and when I follow up and enquire when exactly can I expect delivery, the response is to wait for the tracking number and track your order. But there is no real indication on the tracking site to state the exact date of delivery. This is frustrating. A site I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
