Reliable Store -online orders

I ordered a dog harness at the beginning of March - I didn't realise that all the orders come from China - my order arrived half way through May! It was totally the wrong one - I contacted them and Primrose assisted me - she organised collection of the incorrect item and then had another one sent down to me - it's still not the one I ordered off the website - but it's similar enough I guess - I can't really recommend Reliable but I can highly recommend Primrose - she really went above and beyond to make a frustrating situation better. She truly was helpful and did her very best to resolve my issue. Not sure that I would use them again.
