Reliable Store - online ****ming

I made the mistake of not checking online reviews before ordering from the very Un-Reliable Store. I have contacted them on a number of occasions, the first time I got an answer from Primrose stating that she is the Lead and will deal with my order saying it will take at least 10 - 20 business days to arrive. 10 - 20 days came and went, I contacted Primrose via email on a number of occasions, still no answer from "Reliable Store". This store takes peoples money, does not communicate or supply tracking numbers, and just pockets your money. I paid R1468.99 for a remote control helicopter, which they are still advertising, and claim it will be delivered between 22nd December 2023 - 3rd January 2024. Only in South Africa can this happen, elsewhere in the world this shop would have been made accountable for there misleading ****.
