Reliable Store not so Reliable... Lamest ecommerce store! Unreliable!!!!!
Confirmed my order and availability before I made payment. I was then promised that my item would take a maximum of 15 days to be delivered. It has been over a month, since 25 June I made this purchase... still haven't received a tracking number or anything related to my order... When you try and call them the phone rings 3 times and goes dead, when you try and email nothing happens, they do not respond. Last sent them an email on 19th July and there hasn't been any response!! Reliable Store is a **** store - was my first purchase with them and certainly not the greatest experience. I need my cable asap you or refund my money asap!!

31 Jul 2019, 07:58Hi Mnombo, we investigating what happened with the courier as no communication was ever sent to us to indicate that there were any issues with your parcel, that said, we will have another one sent free of charge as we suspect it was lost in transit.

11 Sept 2019, 22:16Have made numerous attempts to follow up on the promise made herein, publicly, to be sent another one free of charge, but no one has bothered to respond. This after someone called Ntlantla assured me that he will personally monitor the package and see to it that it is delivered. NB 3 months later.. If anyone wants a peace of mind with their online purchases, Reliable Store is certainly not the way to go.. such a let down!! :( :( :(
