I ordered a stand almost a year ago, they took 4 months to deliver which I understood there were covid restrictions in China. When I finally got the stand it had multiple broken pieces, I logged a return in January and was told it would be collected and replaced, there was a backlog in collections. We are now in May Primrose claims to be still sorting out my query. This is the most disgusting service and theft because she doesn’t want to give me back my money.
