Reliable store, not so reliable

I ordered 3 items from the reliable store based on their adverts. A 4G antenna for a Huawei modem with a cable and on the advert it showed 3 connectors. As there was no facility to choose the connectors it seemed that I would get various to attach, however there is nothing and looks nothing like I expected. The second item was a binocular, and I should have known to not order something like that. The parcel was not marked fragile, and it must have been thrown about, as the prisms are out when I tested it and You cannot look through them. I wrote to them about it and the connectors as both items ae basically useless. So, as they don't even bother a reply i am now writing this reply here, this is just not the treatment you expect from a "reliable store" bulldust this
