Reliable Store not So Reliable

I ordered 2 small guitars. Paid in full and waited so long for delivery. After they apologized about the delay the stock arrived a day late again. When I opened my package the stock was damaged and not up to standard. After sending them a email to complain I received a mail that they will get back to me in 48 hours. Automated reply... It is long after 48 hours and still nothing to confirm my refund or anything. Tried to call the number they provided on the internet and also just a automated reply from the switchboard.
